PEGASOS Zeppelin in the air !

The findings will feed in numerical air-quality and climate modeling.

The Zeppelin is accompanied by an international team of scientists and technicians.

May 2012 over Cabauw- Netherlands.

June 2012 over Alps: Italy- Po Valey and Adriatic- and France.

April- May 2013, heading for Hyytiala in Finland.

To provide a scientifically sound basis for air quality and climate protection measures
the Zeppelin is observing radicals and aerosols in the atmospheric layers close to the ground over Europe:

The missions are coordinated with ground-based observations.
The next PEGASOS Annual Meeting will take place on February 4-6, 2014.
